Jeremy slept 13 hours last night. He only woke up at nearly 8 this morning. Of course he woke up at around 4:30 AM and only went back to sleep after an hour. Even at 8 this morning, he wanted to continue sleeping while nursing. So, yesterday evening and this morning he didn't get to play with Jason.
But he woke up a few times last night screaming though - sometimes saying things that we understand but didn't make sense at that moment - like ‘down', ‘go', etc. He must have been dreaming about the day's events.
Early morning, he woke up saying ‘anket anket'. I thought he was sleep talking again. So I ignored him at first. Then I thought maybe he was saying ‘blanket blanket'. So, I put a blanket on him and he stopped fussing. Maybe he was feeling a little cold.
When he was playing with his train set in the library, I played a classical CD on the CD player. One of the songs he has heard on his Baby Einstein DVD before, so he said ‘baby stein'. He wanted me to put on his Baby Einstain DVD on. By fluke, I put on the one with the same song playing on the CD player. He was so happy. He kept on going back and forth from the living room to the library while pointing at the TV and the CD player. He must be saying the songs were the same. Earlier, he saw the DVD logo on TV and he kept on pointing at it. The he pointed to the same logo on the DVD player. He must has been saying that the logos were the same. He just wasn't able to verbalise what he meant yet.
In the afternoon, I was outside putting our bedsheet and pillow cases to dry. Jeremy was in the living room watching Barney. When I came back in, he took a peek at me and said ‘o.o.' I went into the living room and saw his poop on the floor.
I'm a little teapot, short and shout
This is my handle, this is my spout.
When I get all steamed up, hear me shout
Tip me over, and pour me out.
Jeremy knows the action to the above nursery rhymes. He learned it from the Reader Rabbit program. He's so cute when he does the action.
